My 3 year old watched it and enjoyed it. Early in it, the 4 main animals are in a balloon which is shot down by a flaming arrow--which alarmed my daughter, but is a short part. There is a lot of crashing and one scene where Santa is dancing to "I like to move it" and spanking his rear end.

Not rated does not always mean "not suitable for children". Not Rated means it was not reviewed by the MPAA or the Motion Picture Assoc of American at any time. This was broadcast on NBC network at 8pm so it is suitable for all children so it is not within the purview of the MPAA because it is not a Motion Picture but a TV show.
