Why can't you preorder a movie if you live in Wisconsin?
I was trying to purchase one of your movies on sale (that you must preorder) and it would not let me due to the state that I live in (Wisconsin).

My guess is going to be because the price is below cost and Wisconsin has some state law that prohibits selling below cost. This is also the reason why the Black Friday sales prices differ in Wisconsin.
