yes, but you will need a new dash kit and wiring harness. your car is a requires a special harness and dash kit. probably gonna cost $89.99-$129.99 just for parts alone. labor would be seperate of course. i would call your lccal car audio installation shop and get an estimate. the speakers wouldnt fit without modification. your car should have 6x8" speakers in all locations. i hope this helps.

Ok, i'm no expert on all car audio. Me and a friend did an amp and sub install on a 08' and left the stock radio. He works for Infiniti/Nissan of New Orleans as a service tech. Now he says that the A/C and stereo unit is one piece. They make a whole unit u can buy that has the A/C part in it, and the room for a aftermarket cd player. Similar to what they have for say, the Ford Taraus. Catch is, it is very expensive. HOPE THIS HELPED :)

Yes it will. However, you would need to get an adapter for it. They are relatively cheap ($10-15). This will take into account that the current stereo in your car is taller than the new one. Any store that sells any type of audio equipment would carry it including walmart.

I do not know if the wiring harness for the stereo would have wires to connect to the steering wheel controls...although I imagine that they would.
