You probably know by know or done using the high chair.

If you still looking for how to fold, look for a small clip like thing below the back rest on both sides of the stand. Pulling that thing up, now fold.

There are two little plastic pieces which almost look like a hook. They are just under the dark brown pieces which attach to the handles that hold the tray. Simple hook your fingers under them and pull up on them. The chair should then fold up without a problem.

No, the chair only stays in one reclining position, it's not straight up it has a slight recline, which doesn't bother our baby because babies have a tendency to sit forward while eating and recline once full

No. The chair back is in a fixed reclined position. Smaller children may need a small pillow until they are bigger due to the fixed reclined back.

I don't remember the dimensions but I know that it fit nicely on my back seat along with my dog sitting back there too. I have a Cherokee.

What is the difference between the 2 models "Flat Fold High Chair, High Gate" and "Convenience High Chair"

I really don't know but I have that high chair (Jungle Harmony) and just be careful because the child, no matter the age, weight, and or height, basically lays down while in the seat. Maybe that is why they also call it "Convenience Hight Chair"- you don't need to put your sleeping baby in the crib just leave them there to nap. hahaha
The back does not sit straight up. Smaller in scale but not handy when it comes to eating. But great for a tired baby after they have eaten.
Notice in the picture he has a pillow, it helps with him to sit up closer to the tray. Or he'll be lazy and lay back and eat.
