Just the game and the diet book. If you don't have the original EA Sports Active, you will have to buy the pack with the resistance band and leg strap for $19.99.

You can purchase any resistance bands at Walmart or any local sporting goods stores. I recommend buying ones with flat handles to make it easier to hold your Wii Remote...

Yes, you should be able to use other resistance band. There are other products that include more than 1 resistance band, different leg straps and weights. You will probably have to look at other stores though.

Dynabands or other name brand pilates resistance bands from anywhere online. Get 6 feet long.

answer 5
I bought a Gold's Gym Resistance Tube Kit at Wal-Mart and use it instead of a band. There are 3 Resistance Levels you can use. I actually have all three bands attached at the handle and just use the band resistance I need for any given exercise. The handles have rubber grips but you can move them so you are just gripping the nylon strap so you are still able to hold the controller and nunchuk comfortably.

no, you don't have to get the first one, but then you will have to buy the leg band and resistance band separately. The leg band holds the nunchuck, so that you can see your movements on the screen.

Depends on how hard the workout is. The easiest ones are between 15-20 for the most part. Usually the harder it is the longer it is.

answer 2
It all depends, if you are doing the 6 week challenge they typically run between 25-30 minutesw...it gives you the option to skip exercises if you like and you can also customize your workouts--Not for the 6 week challenge though. There are many different workouts to choose from in the event you just have time for a quick 10 or 15 minute workout or if you want to work on something specifically.

On medium intensity they are about 20-25 minutes. Some workouts can be up to 45min

The bundle only comes with the CD and a journal/book. The workout accessories are separate, but if you add up the price of this bundle plus the accessories it is a couple of cents cheaper or about the same price as the other EA Sport Active Workout Bundle that comes with it all.

No, it only comes with the original, if you do not have the original you will need to buy the bands and leg strap seperately, but for the cost of buying them individually I would suggest just buying the original bundle, you will be pleased with the game, you get a real workout

The package should come with one band. Otherwise, you can use any fitness bands that you can purchase at Walmart, or any sporting goods store.. I recommend buying ones with flat handles to make it easier to hold your Wii remote...
