It is supposed to come with 2 racks but mine did NOT. I simply went to the Oster site and told them about it. I included the model and other info and in 2 days I received an answer from them.
My second rack was on its way to me! Got it in less than a week and no charge!

Yes, it came with 2 shelves.

And I found cookie sheets that fit it. I waited until it was sitting in my kitchen. Then I measured how long and how wide a sheet would fit. Then I took those measurements and a measuring tape into the store. Watch out for the measurements printed on the cookie sheets in the stores - sometimes those measurements don't include rims and handles.

Yes it will fit EASY, my plate is 11"x 14" edge to edge. The width on the Top Rack is 15-1/2" will hold my 2 inch deep baking pan that is 15" x 11". But at 15" wide the Depth from the front of the grill to the back will be 12-1/2 ".
If the pan or plate is only 10" wide you could get as much as 14" Depth from the front to the back. The back of the oven is Oval (Rounded) so a Large pizza will fit and they do. Read my review.

Yes, but be sure to measure the dish first. The casserole dish I had measured 17 inches from end of handle to end of handle. Way too large. The rack measures 15 3/4.

I did find an Anchor Hocking 9 x 13 dish that measured just a hair under the 15 3/4 at Walmart. It fits just fine.

This Oster oven will hold a 9 x 13 pyrex casserole dish, a favorite size for a family meal. It will also bake sweet potatoes in their jackets using the convection function. Just be sure to wrap them in foil so they don't leak the juices. Even if the juices leak, the stainless steel crumb tray catches the baked on refuse and it cleans up well.

I have made biscuits and loaf type fruit cake, both have turned out perfectly. Always, when cooking cakes or loaf bread, keep an eye on it. If it looks like it may be browning too quickly on top, slide a sheet of aluminum foil between the item and the upper burner (make sure it is not touching the burner).

The first convection oven I had said to reduce temperature by 25 degrees and cooking time by 1/3. They no loger say that now.

I find that the small space seems to heat quickly and things cook in less time. I would always set a timer for a minute or two less than suggested and check then.

Its Trial and Error. It will cook faster because it is much smaller. I use Convection one day, set the right Temp and set my Egg Timer on the Kitchen table for Biscuits and it Almost burn them up in less time than the Biscuits were required. And I use a Oven Thermometer. So I just use Bake for bread. Surprisingly the center of those biscuits were cooked not raw.

answer 8
You are correct. It is a misprint. This has absolutely no microwave circuitry. It is, however, a convection oven meaning there is a fan to circulate heat. The industry actually uses the word convection incorrectly. Convection is what moves the air currents around in a regular heated oven. So, the term "convection oven" actually describes a plain oven. The indurstry erroneously uses convection oven to describe that which is actually an oven with heat circulation boosted by a fan. Maybe they should actually be called "fan-boosted" ovens instead of "convection ovens? Anyway, this Oster oven has a fan to boost air circulation and it will, like all fan boosted ovens, cook some foods in less time or at lower temperatures.

9x13 pan, yes

Largest rectangular pan / cookie sheet measurement that would go in oven would be 12 ½” x 15 5/8”. However, you do not want to completely cover this area because you would impede heat and air circulation. There are two racks, w 2" clearance.
