The Sanyo 26" LCD HDTV/DVD player combo is the latest technology for the digital age. The digital tuner is Digital Clear QAM capable of receiving unscrambled digital cable. Sporting a high-gloss black finish, it will virtually disappear when the lights are dimmed. HDMI, Component Audio/Video, Composite Audio/Video and RF inputs provide options for DVD, VCR, cable, satellite and external antenna hookups. A coaxial digital audio output allows hookup to a surround-sound system. A PC/Mac input allows use as a computer monitor. The detachable stand of this 720p 60Hz model allows mounting with an optional wall mount kit (not included). Note: You must have a source of HD programming in order to take full advantage of the Sanyo 26" LCD HDTV/DVD player. Contact your local cable or satellite TV provider for details.

Question

I just purchased this tv, and there is contant static feedback whenever the set in powered on. How do I eliminiate this issue?

I purchased the SANYO 26" Class LCD 720p 60Hz DVD Combo HDTV, DP26670 last weekend. Upon setup, no matter what volume the audio was set to, there was near constant static feedback. I set up no additional speakers to the television, so do not understand why this is occuring. How do I fix thise?

Take it back to the store and get another one. Ours has no static whatsoever!

take it back my volume was ok i think the volume is not loud enough but its ok i use it in the back yard patio i did not get any static overall great tv..if i was getting this tatic sound i would take back to walmart get another one .. maybe they droped it or something ..if you had it shipped or something ..thats only thing i can think of..hope this helped ..

When you are looking directly at the TV, the DVD player is on the left side.

Yes. Walmart sells a few different kinds, depending on if you want the TV to swivel, tilt, or both. The TV to wall mounting kits range from $29-$55.

No you do not need a DCB, this unit is digital TV ready....The antenna type doesn't matter as long as it's a UHF/VHF antenna.

Yes, it can play CD-DA(standard factory CDs), CD-R/CD-RW discs of MP3/WMA/JPEG format.

Although, some CD-R/RWs cannot be played, depending on settings used to record them.
