Question

Does this scan 110 film negatives?

It does not have a setting for 110. The attachment you put the negatives into is the size of 35mm. As 110 negatives are smaller, they would probably go through but it would be difficult to keep them straight. It might be possible to keep them striaght if you guide them through yourself. If you have other pictures/slides/negatives that you need to scan anyway, it is worth a try as the product is great for those.

Although not mentioned it does have a USB port and comes with cable. I found this in another ad for the same scanner. Also it is mentioned in one of the reviews on this site.

Question

How can I import the scanned pictures to my computer?

My computer does not have an SD port. The only means I have to import from an SD card is to put the card in my digital camera and link the camera to the computer by the USB cable that came with my camera. Will the SD created by the Pandigital scanner be compatible with my Nikon S570 camera?

Scanner comes with a USB cable and built in software. Just plug in the USB cable to your computer it's very easy. The SD card inserts in back of scanner and there's no need to take it out.

That would probably work with this device, but as long as your computer has a USB port all you need do is add an SD card into the unit and then you can access the photos via the USB cable like a zip drive plugged into the USB port on your computer.

If you have a way to insert or use an SD card, it will work with pretty much any system. You don't have to attach it to your computer. It will scan negatives that are no wider than a 35mm or 1-3/8 inches. I have some old ones that are like 3" wide... they don't fit into the 'guide' that comes with it to feed the negatives thru. Not sure about the tiny ones. I will try it.

The scanner worked with Windows 7 on my computer. It scans negatives and slides in the 35mm size so if that is what the disposable camera film is...then yes.

Upload scanned pictures to your computer first with USB cable supplied with this model. Or put the SD card in a printer that has a card reader option.

No, you have to pry them open, pull out the negative. This sort of destroys them for use in a slide projector after this. But, I scanned some slides that were almost 40 years old, and the photo looks like it was taken yesterday! Clear, crisp. Great.
