Yes, it comes with a table stand. You have to assemble it, because it comes separately in the box. You must also remove four screws on the TV in order to install the table stand (instructions for this are included). The TV is heavy, so I suggest laying it on the floor with bed quilts and pillows so that you can install the stand.

yes it does, it works okay, this is a large tv and had a tendency to sway a bit on the stand, in my case i have an old house with wood floors and i am a sizable person so my walking about past it can make it sway, i plan to get a stand that has the mount i can bolt the tv to it, this i think is a better setup for overall stability, and if you have kids, for sure!

i have, and i was not going to buy it until i read the extra warranty that walmart sales on this tv for like 80 bucks. you cant go wrong with the warranty. i got the tv, better than i thought. picture is great, hooked my computer to it and sat there like a kid for about a hour playing. the only knock i have on it is the sound and maybe im wrong but to me not so good. they have a bundle with surround sound for a hundred dollars more. if you dont have surround i would go with that one. i will be buying a tv for my bedroom soon and i will probably get a element if that counts.

The picture is fantastic. I love a loud clear sound on my tv, there is nothing wrong with the sound I just prefer it to be booming louder. The remote has to be at least level with the TV for it to work well. If I was robbed and they took the TV today I would buy the same one tommorrow.
