I just screw it directly to the rear, not really a place specifically for a plate, but plenty of room for one!

It does not come assembled. It was not hard to assemble. My husband and I (only because we both wanted to do it - did not need both) did it in less than a half hour. Very easy! I do not know if you can pay to have it assembled or not.

Question

What's the difference between the pink jeep and purple jeep?

I noticed the purple one takes 4 C batteries and the pink takes 3 AAA. I'm confused. I thought only the color was the difference.

My best educated guess is:
3AAA are for the pretend radio.
4 Cs are for the real radio.

answer 2
The batteries are for the radio and its not worth much for the sake of a radio. I wouldn't let that be a variable in your decision. My daughter has had her's for a year now and I must say that this is the most used thing I have gotten for her..she loves it and you really need a decent sized yard for them to enjoy this. A timer for the battery is my recommendation though, its easy to forget and overcharge the battery!

I t did not loose speed with 2 five year old girls riding so I have to say at least 100 pounds easily. I think according to the manufacturer it is a few more pounds, maybe up to 120.
