Please contact Carex's Betsy Schwenk at betsy.schwenk@carex.com. Please have your serial number available; this can be found on the bar the seat is hinging on. We will also need to know the specific part that is in need of replacement (front /back/left/right) and the full physical address for delivery.

From what I understand, you have to get a prescription for this chair, then purchase it at a medical supply store. They either bill Medicare or you pay up front and Medicare reimburses you.

I think you'd have to check it because it doesn't fold up flat enough to be stored under a seat or overhead.

It's too big to bring on a plane. You may want to call ahead to get the exact information from the specific airline you plan on using.

you should be able to turn it so that it lines up with the leg. if it still bothers you just tape it to the bar with black tape.

answer 2
Don't know. I have never had a problem with mine. Once when I put it in the car the brake line got caught between the leg. Easy fix-make sure the brake line is clear of the wheel mechanism.

Without adjusting the legs, only the handles, I found it can adjust (from the floor) to 32 inches at the top of the handle to 36.5 inches at the top of the handle. The handle is about an inch in diameter. So, in height from 31" - 35.5 at the bottom of the handle.
