Weighing in at less than 15 lbs, this Carex Rollator (model A22300) is lightweight and easy to push and handle. When not in use, this Wheel Rollator folds up for easy transport and storage. The padded seat on the Carex Step 'n Rest Folding Rollator can be set to heights of 18", 21" or 23", allowing it to comfortably fit most users. The handles on the wheel Rollator are height-adjustable, as well. Do all four wheels swivel?

No. Only the front wheels swivel. So, if you want to move while sitting, it is easier to go backwards. (Which is forward while walking.)

As you are pushing the product, the front two wheels swivel and the rear wheels (for brakes) are stationary. Thanks for your question!

you can adjust the wheel height and the handle height too so you should have no problem

The handles don't adjust up and down, but the wheels do. It has several settings for different heights.

To use the brakes while moving, just squeeze the brakes. Your thumbs would be on the handles and your other fingers in the spaces on the brake handles underneath the handles. To lock the brakes in place when you don't want to move, press the brake handle down, instead of squeezing up.

I would say yes. I am 5'4 and I have no trouble using it. I broke my ankle, and the cart helps me get around in the house.

I searched the site and found several baskets but they may not go on the front of this walker because of the large cushion on the backrest. There is a basket that is attached with velcro so if it doesn't fit you can get more velcro to make it work. The strap-on basket costs $25.49 from the site.
