Yes. It comes with a stand that you have to attach for the stand-mount option, but has places on the back of the TV for wall-mounting. You have to buy your own wall-mount.

Shipping width is 55.9 inches. That is in the box. But it is also almost 11 inches thick, so you would have to have clearance of several more inches if you needed to angle the box into your car. The shipping size is listed in the specs.

Right now it only has Netflix, vTuner and Twitter, but the TV comes with a great feature called Philips Wireless Media Connect, which lets you treat the TV like a big monitor for your laptop. This gives you access to all kinds of internet stuff and a keyboard of course, which you really need if you want to do much over the internet.

I'm at work and don't have it front of me, but the only app of real note is Netflix. The rest are nothing anyone would actually use (NOTE: I am not an Amazon guy). The TV did automatically download updates when I first set it up, which was nice... but don't expect to use the built-in apps to check your faceyspace accounts.

The TV has the ability to get software updates through the internet connection. The apps currently available are not providing much value unless you like old movies (Netflix) or twitter. The only thing that is available other then Netflix and twitter is a app that allows you to listen to internet radio.

Cannot currently browse on-line, but it looks like Philips plans to continue adding apps to its internet connectivity (I assume because there are unused, empty spaces where it shows the internet apps).
