You can purchase a replacement nozzle on Amazon, it is a high quality nozzle; the item is listed as:
Cambro White Replacement Faucet for Dspr6 (11-0023) Category: Iced Tea and Beverage Dispensers.
I have one and it works just fine.
Shipping is a bit slow from this company.

Is there a lid that can be purchased separately?

I really like this crock, but would be using it without a bottle of water. I need it as a beverage dispenser. Is there a lid that can be ordered separately?

I do not know of a lid as such, but you can buy a round 10" cutting board online which works just fine. Try Amazon.

Yes, Google "water crocks" and you will find companies that sell lids for about $13. I bought a glass pot lid from the thrift store that fits perfectly. A plate might work too.

Doesn't come with a water bottle. Where I live, it's better not to drink the water (I have a well). I keep it on a counter and can't put a 5 gallon bottle on it because I am old. A 3 gallon bottle works best for me. It's perfect to dispense drinking and cooking water.

The Walmart where I purchased my water crock sells this water, as does Lowes.

I got mine at the grocery store. They were relatively pricey (~$15) but worth it. My only advice is to make sure you get one that's still got the safety wrap on it. Due to the large number without, and due to the condition of some of the jugs, I suspect people exchange their dirty ones for clean ones instead of taking the 2 minutes needed to wash their own.

Walmart carries Culligans where you purchase the bottle for about $9 then refill it as necessary for about $2, or pre-fillled bottles for $12 each and a discount for another pre-filled bottle when you return the bottle.

Yes, you can add ice, just do not overfill it.
Ice will not last very long, as this is a large amount of water.

answer 2
Yes, you could add ice to the crock, however, if there is a five gallon jug of water perched on it then no, it would be quite difficult. You could add the ice, pour in some water and not put the jug on the crock and cover the crock with a small pot lid or plate.

You can add the ice and it keeps it pretty "cool" for a decent amount of time.

Yes, but it may be a difficult task with a full bottle trying to flip it and replace it. If crock is full of water and the bottle is empty then yes easily, but over time it will return to room temp because it is not insulated.
