Yes, it does. However, from what I read in the reviews the recipes it comes with are NOT very good. There are plenty of websites that have tons of good recipes for bread machines, so a good recipe shouldn't be hard to find.

The knead blade does kind of stick in the end of the bread, but it usually falls right out when you remove the bread from the bread pan.

answer 8
The paddle will not stay in the bread, it will stay in the bread maker. So, you don't have to remove it from your bread.

answer 9
I've only used it twice, but both times the paddle stayed on the spindle, not in the bread. Even if it does come off in the bread, they supply you with a nifty gizmo to remove it from the bread without ripping the loaf apart.

By
kraybebabee

answer 10
Sometimes it stays in the bread and sometimes it stays in the baker. I spray the spindle with a bit of baking spray before I put the paddle on. Works great.

According to the directions for fruit and nut breads you add all the ingredients at once at the beginning, and so apparently it doesn't have a delay.

answer 6
Add fruits and nuts before, or during the last kneading cycle. Just flip open the lid and toss them in. There have been more expensive machines that dumped in these "extras" from a separate compartment- but they did not work very well for me. Adding them manually seemed to be most effective and satisfying for me.

Yes you can, however I've found it's cheaper to purchase a 25 lb. bag of flour & Instant yeast from Sam's Club. I bake for my boys who live nearby & a bag lasts me a couple of months & believe me, I don't purchase any bread or buns, I'm older & don't like eating breads with all the preservatives. I use this machine at least 4 times a wk. making not only breads, jams, bagels, French Bread, buns, & doughnuts & a bag lasts me approx. 6 wks. Just make sure to keep the yeast in the freezer, it will last quite awhile. For a mere $13.00 to keep me in flour, it's well worth the price.

yes, I haven't used them myself, but have seen them in the stores. The recipes are so simple you should really try. It is dump it in, set it, and you will be so surprised! My dad made bread like crazy and was so proud of it, gave it away to the grandkids. He even got to the dough stage, and made mini loaves :) You will be surprised how easy it really is...like rice krispies treats :)
