we want to use the heater in our sunroom, we also keep our 4 small dogs in this three season room when it is not too cold, will this be safe for them?
and also will it heat this room so the dogs can stay out there and sleep there we want to keep this room about 100 sq feet, 10ft by 12ft warm, we want to be sure the room will be warm and not hurt the dogs, they are 2 pom's a bishon and a pekingese. will be waiting for your advice.

We use an older model oil heater for this purpose. This one would be great in my opinion.l

It is safe for dogs. I have mine around when the heater is on. I also have it in a sunroom where I have my parrots. The heater gets warm to the touch but would not burn you.
These heaters work well at keeping a constant temp. I have two in a 1922 uninsulated wall farmhouse (bedroom and a office). As to the pups, it would depend on how well the sunroom is sealed against drafts, how cold it gets outside and if the little ones stay on the floor or up off the floor, on a couch lets say. I have 4 short hair chihuahuas and they are never happy on the floor during the winter (except for the heated dog bed) but those heaters manage 65 degrees easily at bed/couch level. That and they are quiet! (the heaters that is <G>)
