We have a 55 inch so the 32 should be fine but considering the largeness of this wall unit the TV (32) may look very small in comparison. There were screws in the box but I have reviews that stated you can go to Home Depot and get wall or metal screws. Read some of the reviews.

The manual states this unit will hold up to a 60in. flat screen tv. It will hold 175lbs.
The other shelves below that hold 20lbs.
All hardware needed should be included in the unit.

It does not sit on the actual shelf, it hangs from the wall mount that you attach to the rail that hold the shelves. The wall mount comes with it. Then you can adjust it to your viewing preference.

This unit is made of a very sturdy partical board including the back panel.

The weight limit for each shelf is 20lbs each.
This is a very nice unit and I know you would really enjoy having it in your home. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

The shelves are made of wood, however I don't know if they are solid wood or not. Yes, they hold components, like the DVR and very well without bending or tilting at all. We have a DVR on one shelf and old VCR on the other. But I would not pile components on top of one another on one shelf.

I believe this piece of furniture is meant primarily for pedestal stands. The back is not designed to hold anything other than the pressed board backing that runs the entire height and length of the unit.
