How long should it take for this product (Flushable Wipes) to disentegrate?
After using about 6 wipes over a period of 10 days, my plumbing system is completely blocked. With company in my home for the holiday, the inconvenience was a horrible and embarrassing experience.

The wipes should be okay for a septic system and should only take an hour or two to break down. Depending on the bacteria in the line, the timing could be longer or shorter.
In my former home we had a similar situation and I too thought it was the toilet paper. It turned out the sewer line had separated and shifted because of the weight of the clay in the dirt. Our area here is heavy with red clay and shale. After we had the line repaired, we NEVER had that problem again. Good luck to you. I know how terrible a blocked sewer line can be.
I use these every day without any problem whatsoever. I've bought these a few times, use multiple daily and never experienced a problem. Could your backup be something else possibly?
