Manual says 1 hr. I get about 1 hr and a half but it is brand new so who knows if it will last.

I had time to charge it for Two Hours
and it lasted a hour and a half of non stop recording.This unit is small and will get alittle warm but it states that this is common. Hope you like it I am really impressed.Great picture !

No, it doesn't. You will need an SDHC card in order to record anything.
