the speakers are great.
returned my 1st tv cause it sounded like a transistor radio.
i have a sound bar with a woofer but i rarely use it with this tv.

Don't know the brand, but they are pretty good for a TV. I hook mine up through a tuner to my large external speakers. Much better.

Not sure but I think it comes out clear and loud no matter what volume you have it on. The speakers are in front of the t.v. all along the bottom of the set.

yes it does.you can plug right in.
and this tv has PIP and POP(split screen)
i can surf the web and watch the Detroit Lions at the same time.
also can switch audio back and forth when on split screen.

Yes it has both. I sell this unit at my store in Post Falls, ID. All current Vizio models come with the RGB port. This unit I believe has one USB port on it. Some models have 2.

it's in your set up. I ended up calling support and in 15 minutes it was resolved. they take you through a setup procedure. I have dish and they had me set it to cable and took me through a process, not written in the instructions with the product.

On my Vizio I noticed there is a "Sleep" option that if you accidently turned this on it will automatically turn you TV off after X amount of time. I've seen this option on my TV's and I think perhaps a few people turned it on accidently. My Vizio has never done it, so I can only assume perhaps it's set on for a few people.

Just FYI & I'm sure you've already troubleshooted this, check your settings, to see if something was pre-set at the factory?
Probably not, but it might be something as simple as that. I have the same model & haven't had this problem once, yet!
If it continues, contact Vizio, it should be under warranty for a year, or maybe even Walmart will replace it, if it's a continued problem?

My backround is in electrical engineering and circuit design. When a problem like this crops up sporadically it's almost always in the software/firmware but with all parts being lowest bid thru cost analysis parameters the chance of a defective part is magnified with complexity. Translated: you got what you paid for which is not to say you deserved problems , just that the lowest price model and store sometimes yields poor results.

Yes, all current Vizio models have the coax TV input. They all also have the digial/analog tuners so no digital converter box is needed.

No. The Tv is only going to come with the foot pedastal and hardware for that. The bolts you need will have to either come with your wall mount or purchased seperately from a hardware/electonics store.

No it does not...I actually was able to go to Lowes and buy some bolts similar in size to the bolt it came with to attach it to the wall...Works fine!!

Best Buy told me that all tv's are LCD and that the ones that are marked both means that the tv has an LED black light in it and that makes it more energy efficient.. Who knows?
