The tent is weatherproof to the extent it repels most water/precipitation, but torrential rains can wet the inside through stitching and any pooling water outside the tent. As for heat and cold, well it's a thin material and will adapt with the conditions.

By weatherproof if you mean waterproof? If it rains you will not get wet. If you lay the tent over an area where water typically runs through during a heavy rain, it is possible you will get wet from the ground. which is typical with most backpack tents. Always bring 4mil or thicker plastic to lay under your tent for added protection. Just make sure the plastic is cut smaller than the base of you tent to keep from collecting rain and funneling it under the tent.
i used this tent in a major thunderstorm twice and it stood up great. the walls condensate a bit, but no real leakage. just dont open the two side windows cause the rainfly doesnt cover them

We did not experience any rain during our trip however the seals did look very good. I don't think ours would leak if it were to rain.

That could depend on your definition of weatherproof, but I would say it is. Over Father's Day weekend, I went camping and on the second night, we had a storm; wind, rain, thunder, lightening, and hail. The tent faired well and only a little condensation formed inside. By the next afternoon everything was bone dry again. It also helps if you suspend a tarp over the top and treat the tent with silicone water gaurd. Just a few measures that can help set your mind at ease.
