I use this mouse for work. There were no problems.
Mouse work smoothly on almost all surfaces. It is fast and reliable.
Although if you need special buttons on mouse you`d better to buy special mouse for gaming.

I never thought that I would be buying something that was wireless having not many capabilities as a full home PC owner. That was 3 years ago which I would never buy another mouse with cords again! NO WIRES TO DEAL WITH EVER! Batteries last a very long time still on my second set from any brand you like. My choice is what I utilized for flashlights, wireless headphones for my late night and early moonlight tv watching, and my portable radio in and out of the shower most of the day M-F...Ray O Vac (not rechargeables but toss outs).
I learned about this mouse (mice) from a young guy online selling them as sets with keyboard who told me that since I'm wireless connected to my family to buy the wireless keyboard, also. I love having a light up board to see in the dark to type! I don't bother anyone! Even my earphones for the tv is wireless taking it with me in the bathroom, laundry room, and outside 150 yards. Once I went wireless with my light-up bottom mouse, I had to keep going totally wireless for my and my family's times of quietness!

It works well on PC's and on LAPTOPS and on IPads as well and it works very well, Logitech is true plug 'n play, no guess work, no setup worries, just plug it and boot up, windows 7 up loads all drivers automatically.
Yes, it works on a pc. The most important feature is "do you want a cordless mouse"?
