If you buy the TV offer, 2 of them plus S&H comes up to $35 and change. If you buy it at Walmart, you end up paying $25 and change (this includes S&H) for just ONE. You do the math.

No, but this is BETTER. You pay 7.99 S+P for EACH one you buy. Plus tax. So, when I ordered one set of two, it came to $46 plus tax = $53 (in store would be 40!). For two sets of two, with the extra "discount", it ended up being nearly $80.

I don't think this is the 2 for 1. However when you order it on TV, there is $6.99 shipping for EACH of them, so the 2 are really $35.97.

Not familiar with Penzey bottles, but McCormick of bottles 5" or less in height will fit in rack perfectly. Hope this helps.

It depends on what size your Penzey bottles are. Large spices will not fit into this. I keep 2 size spices in mine (I have 2 of these). I keep 1.4 oz & also 4 oz. size spices in mine & they fit perfectly.

Is leaving 4" of cabinet space on each side mandatory or it won't work?
Seems like if you HAVE TO leave 4" on each side, it would really render the rest of the space in the cabinet, wasted space & really would defeat the purpose of this space saving shelf.

You need to leave space in order for it to swivel, it definelty is a space saver height wise. I purchased spice jars($1 store) all the same size & am able to fit 5 jars for a total of 20 per rack. Labeling them & storing them alphabetically will make cooking go much faster.

We didn't leave 4" on each side. We left 2-1/2 from the wall, 1" from each one. No problem. We had plenty of room for the big sized bottles that don't fit in the rack.

You will need to leave space in order for it to swivel, if there is no lip in
your cabinet you can just pull the rack out. I have 4 sets, I love it

You do have to leave the space between them for it to swivel properly. But if you are able to put all your spices in the racks you should have plenty of room for 2 of them. We did, and still had room for the bigger containers that didn't fit in the racks. Hope this helps.
