Yes! I have a 350 HP, Chevy V8. I use it every 5-6 tank fulls on my 1990 Corvette. My engine runs better and smoother. I know it is keeping my injectors clean. I have noticed improved gas milage and my engine idles much better.
I also use it in my wifes MB C280 Sport, works perfectly. Great product!

1/3 of a can into your gas tank will suffice...

Yes.

I had never heard of the stuff, until my MC mechanic told me he ran it through my '97 Electra Glide. It cleared up some carb problems, although I replaced the accelerator pump also.

After 2 treatments with Sea Foam (full cans) it ran better than the day it rolled out of the showroom.

answer 1
Sea foam will clean your converter a little bit but not 100%. although adding sea foam to eveery other tank of fuel will clean your engine out which will give you cleaner emissions which will then result in less contamination of your converter

answer 2
A catalytic converter cleans itself when the car runs over maybe 30 minutes on higher power consumption like I95 or Turnpike. If the motor has problems, then oil fumes can mess up the converter (cover the channels) and therefor a fix of the motor would be appropriate.

It would be best to go to Seafoam's webite, which has some great info, & find the amount to use for what you want to do. It can be different if, for instance, you want to do a deep clean & removal of carbon versus just a light cleaning & preservation of your motor's intake system. I have a 27 year old John Deere 160 that runs great & have been using Seafoam in it for years. Try it! You'll be amazed at the results.

Fill the tank with 10 gallons of gas or more and pour contents in fuel tank or in engine oil crank case. Results of feedback has said they used 1/2 bottle [8 oz] in tank and other 1/2 in crank case with great results.

Pour just a little in brake booster lines (vacuum lines) which will cause engine to emit white smoke from exhaust. I poured half a bottle (8 oz.) of Seaform into engine oil crankcase and other half in gas tank. Quiets noisey lifters and/or valves.

yes you can sea foam can be used in any engine that runs on gasoline or diesel. just make sure that it is mixed at the right amounts.

sea foam is a cleaner and a moisture extractant. although it is not single perposed it does well at most anything.

helpful tip-- add half a can of sea foam to your engine oil just before the oil is going to be changed, let the engine run for 10-15 minutes then change the oil. IT IS BEST TO ADD SEA FOAM TO THE OIL WITH ENGINE COOLED DOWN

Yes, I store emergency gas, using Seamfoam's guidelines (1oz. per gal. of gas), for up to 2 years with absolutely no issues. When I get to the 2 year mark, I use the Seafoamed gas in my cars & tractor & it helps to keep the fuel system clean & working properly. To me, it'a win/win! I hope this helps you.

Absolutely! It works great for older engines, as well as, newer stuff. Mechanics have been using it for decades & it will make a huge difference in your bike, especially if you have carbon on the valves, piston tops & the carb & the engine, in general. I would suggest going to Seafoam's website & getting their detailed instructions on doing the intake cleaning proces & also adding it to your oil to clean the crankcase. You'll be amazed at the diffrence. I was when I first started using Seafoam. I'm a believer now & always have it in my garage.
