DLP's are not designed to wall mountable--but if you make a mantle type shelf that will anchor firmly to framing in wall I'm sure it could work

yeah you can you would have to go to different furnture stores and ask them if they have tv stands that are 73 inches wide are that can supporet 73 in tvs

Yes, you can. Just google "stand for mitsubishi 73" dlp" and some sites will come up that have them. Also saw it at Frys Electronics and on Dell's website. It ranges from about $350 to $400.

the diffrence is one is 3d ready which you then need to buy the 3d emmiter and 3d glasses for that tv if you want 3d, and the other one has 3d built in which you dont need a 3d emmiter its plays 3d automatically you just need to buy the 3d glasses

If you go to the Mitxubishi web site it shows the various features and the models are by year introduced. If I remember correctly the 600 series is 2010 model and the 700 series is a 2011 model whereas the 800 series will be th 2012 model. Some of the differences are: no internet connectivity, wired connectivity, and wireless and wired connectivity which allows for various internet sources to be used.

No. It's a foot and a half thick, five and a half feet wide, and weighs 112#....definitely not VESA compliant.
