I normally wear a 20W. Based on reviews I ordered a 1X. They fit, but I like my wear-around-the-house stuff to be a bit more loose. I will order the 2X next time, hoping they won't be too big.

I am a size 16 and took an XL that says its for 16-18. They would be tight on a size 18...so they run a tad small...if that helps

That's my size and I bought the 2x and they turned out to be a smidget too big. So you might want to get a XL especially if you have a smaller waist because regardless the material stretch so unless you have extremely big or wide hips....XL should fit fine. But...if you go with a 2xl they come with a draw string inside the pants to make them fit your waist. Hope this helps!

I would try the 1X. They tend to run a little big and are very stretchy. I am a size 30/32 and wear the 3X.

im a size 22 in jeans but i got the 2x in this. the sstomach part fit fine (im apple shape) but the thighs are huge on me. im hoping it shrinks after a few washes but so far i wish i'd gotten the 1x

I first bought a 2x and they should fit you. second pair 1x and still too big for me to wear out to eat and shop...I am now going to try a XL. ship to store and if u need to return, you pay nothing.

I am 5' 8" and they touch the floor when I am barefoot. They do not ride up when I sit down, so they keep their length. As for you being 5' 9", I'm not sure if they would be long enough. But go ahead and buy a pair, keep the receipt, and if they are not long enough, take them back. But if they ARE long enough, then you have a good pair of comfortable jeans!

I don't think so. These are not 100% cotton and the Spandex, I think, will prevent them from being dyed.

i'm 5'8 an find the seam is 31" on all size's I belive, 1 pair I leave them cuffed, looks pretty cool that way also! but if you do need to hem them I see no problem with doing that as I sew a lot and the cloth they are made of will sew very well!!

No men's version . As for size ,medium will fit a 32" waist so large or x-large should work for a 36" waist (they have draw strings ) .
