You can *only* use the $45 plan on this phone. It gives you unlimited everything. The $30 card is not an option for the E5.

The charger that comes with this phone is a wall charger with a Micro USB plug. It does not come with a detachable USB cable.

The Nokia E5 does not work with the Verizon network, it uses the AT&T/T-Mobile towers through the Straight Talk virtual network since it is a GSM phone.
You can keep your existing number, though. Once you buy the phone, call customer service and let them know that you would "like to port your number" and they will assist you in getting your number changed over. It's a painless process that will take anywhere from a few hours to 2 days. As others have said, carry both phones with you until Straight Talk lets you know that your new phone is ready for use.

The phone doesn't have the application that tracks your minutes, so it can only work on the unlimited plan. Basically the same situation as an unlocked phone, but this one's locked so you can't use it on another service.
The obvious downside of that is that even if you are sparing in use you have to buy the expensive plan. The good part is that other phones are constantly annoying you with how many minutes you are using, even if it doesn't matter because you have the unlimited plan

Its falls under the label as a smartphone. So straightalk says that you have to have the unlimited plan in order for the phone to work.

Yes but you have to copy the 4gb card to the new card. It will not work otherwise because a lot is stored on the card instead of internal memory of the phone.

You can charge it either with micro USB or the Nokia charger. Nokia says it's faster with their charger, but I haven't noticed a difference.
