Get one Sony Xplod GTX XM GTX1821 Amp and it'll do okay if you're not expecting to drive the sub's loud enough to hear coming down the road. But get two Sony Xplod GTX XM GTX1821 Amp's (one for each 12" Sub) if you want some excitement.

they are rated at 350RMS a piece, so ur looking to find a amp that will push 700-800RMS @4 ohm. if its a 4 channel bridged it should be a rating of 350-400rms @4ohm x2. Look for the same in a 2 channel amp (unbridged) Remember not all amps are bridgeable so make sure u check that aswell.
On the otherhand if you get a mono block amp then ur going to drop the impedance to 2ohm and u want a 700-800RMS at 2ohm. Hope u find what ur looking for!

Your amp should match the speaker's peak wattage so a 1,000 watt amp would be ideal.

I would go with around a 450-500rms amp at a stable 2ohms if u have two xplods 4ohms each, from personally owning same sub id not go by the rating id go with about 250rms each clean power, kicker, jbl, alpine but check out the fuses on amp u buy if u truely have a good 500rms amp should be about 60amps of fuse at least

Well, I can tell you I push 500 watts to 1 of these and have had to turn down all of my inputs considerably. I could probably push 500 watts rms to two of these subs, and be more than happy! Depends on your amp, go ask a few questions at a local stereo shop, I run an Alpine amp.

i have a 1000 watt amp hook to my 2 sobwoofers and it sounds very good but a 2000 watt amp would be fine the 1000 watt subwoofer is its peak power its real watt power is 350 to 460 watts so a 1000 watt amp is all you need

For amplifier matching the short-term maximum power is 1,200 Watts, the rated power is 350 Watts and the CEA 2031 RMS power is 470 Watts. The rated impedance is 4Ω.
