The charger does not put out enough amperage fast enough to charge it, i use a car battery charger now and it works. from the way i figure it, and this is my opinion it would take about 3 days at a time to charge this thing.

No, this product is garbage. The batteries are faulty and the manufacturer's website says to return to store for refund as they are not giving out replacements. Myself and many others have had the same problem. They used 2 6v batteries to make it a 12v which is WRONG!

I put together and have a 4 yr old and 6 yr old and they rode it all day Saturday and Sunday -- they even both rode on it together, so don't think it is too small. Ordered a 2nd one this morning due to them fighting over it & the value for it at the current price.

Yep. I'm glad I didn't get one of these at the after thanksgiving sale now. I would be taking it back for sure. My kids are getting the bigger ATV ride on that holds 130 pounds. I think they can get more use out of it. Plus the Speed of this wasn't on the box & it's super slow. To slow for my kids to do anything with it.

What a bunch of bunk about the two speeds (1.8 & 3.7MPH). No wonder they (Walmart nor Winston Intl.) were not transparent about it. I am sure this thing would not have sold if the speeds the people who purchased are reporting are true. What a bunch of garbage. I am thinking of returning. Every other power wheels or ride on discloses the speeds. Heck, what if the two speeds were 3.5 and 7? Unfortunately, this is not the case. I just think there should have been more openness about the speeds it can deliver. I wonder if this thing is modifiable to faster speeds without exceeding the original cost?

The speed is 1.8mph - 2.9 mph. This is a little slow for a 12 volt but I guess this is due to the fact that it pulls from 2 6 volt rather than 1 12 volt

yes, but only for a couple of days before it won't run anymore. Definitely buy a different one! We had to take ours back and then found that many people had the same problem. Very poorly made, does not run more than a few days for most people. Not okay for something that was originally listed at over $200.

My kids haven't actually received it yet because its a santa gift, but when you step on the "gas petal" both wheels turn the direction you have it in. So from what I can see it is going to cruise over grass like its on pavement.

No they do not, as this is actually two 6v batteries messed together to achieve 12v. Good luck getting results from the company too! If you have your receipt with the serial number on it, WalMart can get you a number to call the company.
