Do I need a longer length? (Sizing help)
I bought 40x30's and they are too small. The buttons around the hips are about 3" away from each either side and the straps are a couple inches too short when fully extended. I can get them fastened, but it is uncomfortable (I feel like I'm slouching). This causes the pants to really ride up at the crotch. I'm going to get ones with a 42", or maybe even 44" waist, but should I get ones with a 32" inseam? Or will the bigger waist size be enough. Pants with a 30" length are a little long on me as it is. I am tall, but that is from the waist up. I do not want to end up with pant legs that are ruffled around my feet. Thanks for any help.

on Dickies - Men's Bib Overalls
I wear a 34 pant but order these in a 40" waist. They're not too loose when new and never too small when they've been around a while.

don't buy them over the internet!! If you can't try them on. The sizes change all the time

Measure your belly, not your pant waist size, then go up two sizes more. A longer inseam won't help with your crotch riding up. I bought these, then returned them after trying on a pair of Round House. They have sizing instructions on their official website, and they're made in USA. Free shipping on Construction Gear website.
