can you swap the stock out easy on this gun

answer 1
Yes.

Most 10/22s only have one screw holding the stock on. Some have an extra "ring" that wraps around the stock & barrel that also must be removed. However, removing the original stock for cleaning or replacement takes less than 5 minutes & only requires a screwdriver.

Yes it is very easy and mostly inexpensive. I have changed the stocks out on all of mine. I have 3 of these guns, none of them have the ruger stock on them. Nothing against the ruger stock but there are alot of aftermarket ones out there.

Stocks swap easy, just be careful not to let the trigger pons fall out, keep the weapon upright, try not to lay it on it's side with the stock off.

yes it will

answer 2
Most of them yes, but not the target model. Stingers can damage the match barrel of the target model, but for any other Ruger 10/22 they shoud work just fine.

answer 3
I have shot it with mine and no issues
answered 1 year, 7 months ago
By
Shooter01
answer 4
Yes. However, CCI Stinger ammo is extremely powerful & will eventually break the internal parts of the gun, due to the extreme pressure/recoil & power of the cartridge. There are 4 common types of 22LR velocities with ammunition.

1. Sub-sonic (slow & quiet)
2. Standard
3. High
4. Hyper

Hyper velocity ammo WILL damage most 22s. Some High velocity ammo will damage a 22.

Better safe than sorry...

answer 1
no you would need a bolt action or similar manual functioning action. this firearm could shoot one at a time by manually feeding one at a time BUT that would eventually erode the chamber which is what gives this rifle it's incredible accuracy
answered 10 months ago
By
Nectoxicdragon
answer 2
i think it will only shoot 22 longs
answered 1 year, 7 months ago

ChevySilveradoSS
answer 3
NO ONLY 22Long Rifle if you shoot 22 shoots you have to pull changing back each time you shoot. There not power to eject
answered 1 year, 8 months ago
By
DrillSgtE7
answer 4
No just 22lr's. Ruger builds one for 22 shorts and the also build one for 22 mags. Both of these guns are hard to find and are most of the time very expensive.

answer 4
Yes, you can mount a scope on this rifle. You will need to buy one of the Weaver style scope mounts, a scope and scope rings. The Weaver scope mount (looks like a short [approx. 4 inch long] bar) installs easily via 4 screws to the top of the receiver. The scope rings then attach to the Weaver scope mount and then the scope is mounted via the scope rings.

You cannot purchase ANY guns or ammunition online through walmart. Any and all transactions must be done at the in-store level only & in person. If you want to buy it in store with your paypal acct, then sign up for a paypal debit card & bring that into the store with you to buy the gun.
