I think walmart will assemble free of charge after the site to order delivery. My local walmart had this and they assembled it for free.

If you have it shipped to your local Walmart, ask them to assemble it. At, home, the seat can be adjusted without using tools to fit your child but the adjustment of the handlebars wil require a #13 metric wrench.
