You'd have to check with Verizon, because this phone only works on Sprint towers through straight talk. If you haven't bought this phone, don't it's the worst andriod phone ever, and now is being discontinued because of all the problems. My husband and I both bought this phone and we both had to send them back, and the replaced ones were the same. Straight talk won't even replace the battery in these phones, and say they are discontinued but they are still being sold through them. Rember 3g and 4g will suck the life out of your battery and the archiecture of this phone has a flaw in it's system with the ASOP helper (for switching towers) structure. Check the map coverage or ask straight talk directly, not the store cler, check for the CDMA-v or -s
or the GSM-v or -s.

This phone will only work on Sprint towers. But straighttalk does have signed a contract for the new andriod phone with Verizon towers, check the coverage map of each phone and and CDMA-V or S in the specifications.
By the extended warranty for the andriod phones, because this is the worst andriod I found. the battery goes down to 50% with one call, they have now discontinued this one because of the problems with this
phone and won't support it.

There isn't a spot for a sim card on this phone. There's only a micro SD slot. This phone isn't worth your time or money.
