Glass or plastic bottle?

answer 1
Glass is better for any fruit juice. This is because the acidity level is high in the product and with plastic bottles the plastic molecules are actually leached back into the juice itself

Looking at the bottle, having read all the labeling, "Montmorency" does not appear. It states "organic certified tart cherry juice concentrate" USDA Organic seal, "one serving equal to 80 cherries" - one serving being "two tablespoons" and the number to call on the label is 1-800-396-2114,wwwdynamichealth.com or info@dynamichealth.com - for more info. They should be able to answer your question.

Can tart cherry juice be used for making jellies?

I want to make cherry jelly with pectin and I will need to add sugar for the jelly to set. I am looking for cherry juice without sugar added for this purpose, so I am wondering if this tart cherry juice will be good for jelly.
