answer 2
I do! You would lose out on a lot of nutrients, anti-oxidents, etc if you peeled the fruits and veg - the booklet does tell you toCORE the fruits and DO NOT process the seeds - like apple seeds, etc. But, I have always left ALL the skins on - though I do not eat citrus fruits, so you may want to check your manual to find out whether to leave peels on oranges, lemons, limes, etc.

There's a guide that tells you what not to use. Pits of fruit, apple seeds you do not use, peach pits ya don't put in it. The list of DO NOT USE is short.

Probably the biggest concern these days is what is chemically in the hard, clear plastic, often known to have BPA which is reported to be a possible health concern (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/bpa/AN01955.) I am happy to say that it states "BPA Free" right on the box!

It would most likely be able to liquify a whole lemon or lime, but I always cut up larger fruits and vegetables. There is a 'max fill' mark on the cup and you can fit more into your smoothie cup by cutting up the ingredients at least a little, depending on the size.

I used the outer peel for zest and then used the whole lemon for juice. Seemed to work wonderfully! Also used the same method for limes and used the lime juice for Margaritas! Takes care of the seeds and all.

In my opinion, I think it would be great to puree food for babies. The blender works really good. The longer you leave it blend, the smoother the consistency. I grind nuts in my drinks and it breaks the nuts down to very very small particles.

The booklet that comes in the box advises pregnant women to consult with your doctor before consumption, which is highly recommended. As far as baby food, the Baby Bullet is less expensive and just made for babies...I'd go for that personally.

I have both the NutriBullet and MagicBullet, and they both serve their respective jobs. This product liquifies foods, not making the substance suitable for baby food. Stick with the BabyBullet in my opinion...plus it comes with all the containers needed to refrigerate and freeze the storage you need for your precious baby.

Disclaimer: I am not a paid spokesperson for this product...just a lover of the two that I own!

The tall cup does not hold 64 ounces. As measured, it holds 34 ounces to the top (4 1/4 cups), but the instructions caution you to not fill above the "Max" line for processing--20oz (2 1/2 cups) for the tall cup.

The smaller cup holds 24oz to the top (3 cups.) The MAX fill for this cup is at 12oz, or 1 1/2 cups.

The tall cup holds 4 cups of water....you never go to the top with anything.
At the Max line it's 2 1/2 cups.

The short cup holds 2 cups.....1 1/2 at the max line.

It would vary to how much you put in your blender for the final ounce amount. There are two sizes for containers. The larger one (if you fill it with water) would be about 64 oz. The smaller one (filling with just water) is about 32 oz. When I mix my breakfast drink, I put a cup of vegies, 2 cups of fruit and add about 16 oz of water and it fills the larger container to the top.

To my recollection, it's about 22-24 ounces for the tall cup. I don't think I measured the small cup...this is surely a meal replacement because it keeps you full after drinking it. Hope this helps!

Question

Where does the pulp go with the nutribullet, is it like a juicer where it goes into a separate part or is the pulp made to go with the juice,

all into the same container, so you don't need to throw away the pulp with the Nutribullet, and it all goes into the same part, unlike juicers? Like when you do bananas or apples or anything that makes pulp? Are you able to drink the pulp also, or does it get thrown away and go into a separate area like the juicers do?
