I think that the NutriBullet would do fine, but so would the smaller version of the NutriBullet - the Magic bullet. I know from being a gastric bypass patient that the Magic bullet works for pureeing foods just fine.

The NutriBullet has a 600 watt motor and the Magic Bullet has a 250 watt motor. It is also slightly larger (so the cups are not compatible)

answer 2
The magic bullet has a motor of 250 watts and the nutribullet has a 600 watt motor. Then the accessories are different, the cup sizes are different between the two. For the most part it is the difference of the motor wattage.

answer 3
The MagicBullet chops and makes smothies, it has a less powerful motor. The NutriBullet makes easy healthy drinks. This it the 600 watts power. The only place you can currently get the 900 watts is from HSN. They have exclusive rights to it for a few months. It just came out last week. I ordered it and love it. It also comes with a great nice hard back book with testimonials and recipes. Go to HSN.com and look and the viedo.

answer 4
The MagicBullet is basically a blender. The NutriBullet is much more powerful, and almost liquefies whole foods (with proper amount of liquid added). This is supposed to release more nutrients to make them easier for your body to absorb. Thus you get more nutrition and better regularity. End result: better health and possibly weight loss.

yes, a good idea is to pour it into an ice tray so you can use as desired and it will be in an amount the motor can handle.

Yes but it's best to drink it when made. As soon as fruit and vegetables are blended they oxidize and they start to lose a lot of their nutrition so drink them as soon as you can.

you could,, but i wouldn't. i had thought about it, but it may kill the available fresh enzymes, that we are really juicing for . but i guess it beats not having any juicing at all.
what i did, was put some vitamin c powder - IE: fruit fresh, & it keeps several days. I have 8 oz AM & PM. i do not juice every day. but i do make about 1 litre when i make or more. hope this helps.

Not recommended to use Hot/Boiling water when making the smoothies as heat expands and can cause eruptions. If you are wanting hot items, blend your mixture prior to heating.

answer 4
I believe the instructions say only cold, but you could probably put in your stock at room temp, along with other ingredients, and then heat the soup on the stove or in the microwave afterward. With this thing, you'll only get creamed soups, though, because it pulverized everything completely in nano seconds.

I don't see a standard serving size in the booklet (it may be there) but you can have as much or as little as you want. I usually have one of the small cups at one time. (they are about a pint each). I use a mixture of greens, veggies, and fruits, and sometimes nuts.

I've done a lot of research on juicing, it is recommended you consume 1 - 8 oz glass each hour. I tried drinking the large container at once and it made me very full and sick feeling. It's not bad for you, it just makes you feel like you just sat down and ate a whole Thanksgiving dinner...

Water to the MAX---line is 3 8oz Cups. So, I'd say that's close to the maximum amount that you'll get when you're combining fluids and other materials.
