I would not recommend this service for gaming consoles. This 3g service is slow. And If you download games to your console, it will take too long and cost a small fortune.

You can purchase additional data online through the internet carrier as your data expires. You can also sign up for an auto pay from a bank account for the 30 day plan. Walmart also sells the prepaid cards. After you hook your computer to the wireless signal you open your browser. Next you will be directly forwarded to the companies main page to make a user account. Pick what you want for GB's, pay, and you are set.

You buy Mb/Gb via the Internet on the Go cards sold here or you can register a credit card. Either way, you do it online with the account you set up on their website.

As long as you can get a cellular signal inside the building. Some building don't work very well, others are fine.

answer 2
Yes, it will work. I use mine in a government office building where WiFi is not made available and it works just fine as well as on a train/bus

answer 3
Doubtful unless Sprint is exceptionally strong in the area of the Safeway. If a Sprint tower happens to be within a mile, you would be fine. True for any building constructed primarily of metal.

It varies...
There are different purchase levels from $10 to $50.
When I bought the device in January, I could get 3GB for $25 which was good for 30 days. In the last few weeks, they have stopped that and now it's only 2GB for $25...
Also, the way they calculate usage is bad... according to the device, I've had a total throughput of less than 3GB since January, but I've used up about 14GB of refills...
They also recently restricted me (said I was a 'high usage' user... which was bogus...) I can only get about a 50KBs connection speed, but I'm a 'high usage' user???
I'd recommend going with another option...

answer 3
probably will work as a local wifi network device for iphone5 but ask someone else to verify this.

Go to a McDonalds hotspot and try to connect with their free wifi network.

If you can connect there, you can connect to this device thru wifi.

you must have data coverage in the area where you are standing.

the connection is data only, not voice phone connection.

But you are better off to buy Iphone coverage directly from AT&T or whoever you choose as an Iphone voice & data monthly coverage provider, that is a much simpler connection than a wifi hotspot.

I use wifi for my computer and would only use it for my Android phone if I could not get direct coverage from my Cricket phone provider in the area where I am trying to use the phone for a data only (no phone calls) connection.
