I'm not 100% sure on what your question means, but if it helps, I couldn't get the Square reader to work with this tablet, the Square Register app just wouldn't pick up that it was plugged in. The reader I have worked fine in my cell phone still (a Motorola Atrix 4G)

If you are asking if the tablet could tether to a cell phone to use it as an internet connection, the answer is yes (I did this, again using the Atrix 4G)

We purchase from Amazon.com. Its easy to download however, on the tablet the Kindle app does something that makes the words bunch up so the words look like one. For example, "when he" will look like whenhe or worse. And its takes forever to load.

I was able to download Pandora on the tablet but if you aren't connected to the internet, it won't work.

1. Your tablet and computer should both be on.
2. Connect your tablet to your computer using the included USB cable.
3. Once you connect the tablet to your computer, you should see a notification in the status bar of your tablet.
4. Open up the navigation bar by tapping on the notification.
5. Select the option to copy files to and from the device.
6. Tap on the button to "Turn on USB Storage".
7. Your tablet should show up on your computer as an external drive. Simply drag and drop files to copy them to your tablet or vice versa.
8. When finished, tap on the button to "Turn off USB Storage" on your tablet before disconnecting the USB cable.

Yes, the Prestige 7L does not have a HDMI port, also the 7L is a 1GHz processor and the Prestige 7 is running a 1.2GHz processor, also they use different screens as the Prestige 7L is intended to be more of a economical beginner tablet.

The only difference I saw was that the $149 version has an HDMI out slot so you can hook it up to your tv to show videos Or use Netflix etc

The owner's manual that came with my tablet states that you can connect to the internet with a VPN, if that helps

It should be able to, this functionality is built into Android itself (this tablet uses Ice Cream Sandwich, so you would go to Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> More -> VPN)

Youtube and Netflix both worked on this tablet when I tried them. The Netflix app that it ships with is older and you can't update it without some technical work, but it seemed to work fine

Yes, it does. I might suggest putting in a full 32 Gb of memory. It doesn't cost very much to do so, and you'll appreciate the difference in performance.

Internal, onscreen keyboard is the standard default. I actually prefer using an external mini keyboard, which is much easier to type with, and allows for more screen space.

And yes, I use it for email daily.

The product does not have a slide-out keyboard - the keyboard appears on the screen. A keyboard, however, can be purchased separately for about $70 and is intended for seamless integration with the product.

An older version of the Netflix app is installed on it, and it (mostly) works. I watched a couple of tv episodes using it.

Note that unless you do some hacking/modding you won't be able to update the Netflix app. As long as the one that ships with the tablet keeps working, this isn't a big deal, but who knows in the future
