if you have a windows phone or able to connect via USB cable, you can SYNC to outlook. Then Export the File as a CSV then import to Gmail.
Assuming your phone does not have an SD card, you most likely can not do this.
You might want to give the Phone make model before asking questions about how to use it?
What you can do however, is manually add the contacts to gmail, and login to gmail using the phone and allow it to sync. That is the simplest way.
