No, it has no touch screen, but a track-pad which works similar and probably even better than moving your fingers across a screen this size.

The computer itself is housed in the base of the stand, ie, the flat part that sits on your desk. There are numerous ports on the back and the right hand side of this area, as visible in the product pictures.

As far as upgradeability of RAM for our PC's, it depends on the model. The standard notebook and All in One models do utilize 2 memory slots that can be upgraded. The Thin & Light due to its form factor is not upgradeable. This is by design on the Thin & Light series to achieve the ultra-thin profile of the unit.

However Vizio does not support upgrading memory or components in any units, and any damage caused by the opening of the chassis, or by improper grounding of the operator during the upgrade is NOT covered under warranty. We will support the components that were supplied with the PC and software installed, unless deemed an issue caused by the upgrading of parts. Any units serviced with customer installed hardware can not be accounted for and may not be returned if the unit was replaced in service.

The CPU is socketed, however it's a custom build, so support of other CPU's would be limited by the BIOS. The HDD and SSD are 2 separate drives, the SSD being pre-cache only and not user accessible.

Yes you can hook a mouse into the USB ports on the side of the unit. For popular games in the PC market today they do offer downloads for all PC games. You can also have a external USB DVD drive to install directly from the disc, or make a .ISO image from another PC and install from a USB flash drive.
