theres a red light thats on when turned off, when its on, theres no light

There is clear and blue glass along the bottom of the television but it doesn't light up. At least not on mine and I own this exact model.

T.V. does not light up at the bottom but it does have touch features for the power, volume, and menu buttons. As far as being ultra slim.....not! It says it is extra slim but the t.v. is just a little smaller than the other flat screens I have as far a bulkiness in the back. Hope I helped!

It only had like a 30 day warranty but I took my chances for the price! When I say refurbished I mean the T.V is factory refurbished. It came in a box like a new one and it was packed like new. No scratches, dings, scrapes....nothing. Looked new!

Refurbished products come with a 90-day house warranty but you can choose addional warranty after the house warranty is expired! Refurbished means, something was wrong with this product such as a sticking button to the sound was inoperative, to something larger like the screen didn't turn on; so then the manufacture repairs the product to meet or exceed factory specs and then resells the good working product at much less because it's been deemed an open package.
