I works on carpet, but the thicker the pile, the slower it goes. It works best on smooth floors, like wood or concrete. Tile is a little bumpy, depending on the style and the groutlines.

Not well needs wood or tile
As long as it is not thick carpet, it will work. At 7 months she may have more fun pushing it, and dancing to the music. It works best on wood or tile floors.
Works very well on non-carpeted areas. will work on low carbet but does not spin very well.

the wheels look like the ones they have on the bumper cars and it definitely would not work very well on carpet. But works great on wood floors and in driveways (not in the grass).
