I have received one power bill using this heater & so far its about $1 per day, but now here comes the really cold weather and not sure what to expect

answer 2
According to the owner's manual it states "...the heater at 1500 watts will use approx 5100 BTUs, which, compared to your home furnace, is a very small amount of heat. It may take several minutes, to several hours to heat your area, depending on various factors..." inclucing room size, insulation and heat placement. It is a 'zone' heater and I can personally vouch for its being 75% cheaper than using ny propane house heater. It also says to determine the cost of running "ANY 1500 watt appliance" multiply 1.5 x your cost per Kilowatt Hour (shown on your electric bill). The heater requires a 120V, 15 amp (or more) circuit.

Yes...this heater will use less electricity than baseboard heat because it uses an infrared heating unit to "hold the heat" combined with an internal fan to circulate the heat within the room "area"
