answer 3
No, but the major units are assembled (all of the wiring is pre-threaded, the flywheel and magnetic resistance unit are all in the pedal unit. You have to assemble the cross-bars, the upright for handlebars, the seat onto the upright post, and the handlebars and 'console'. It took about an hour with no particular alacrity, and was pretty straight-forward.

It's just an audio in jack. It does not come with the male-to-male wire but they're cheap. Any player that accepts standard headphones/earbuds should work fine.

Question

Digital Resistance?

I've had exercise bikes before in that past that claimed to have high levels of resistance but you could barely feel a difference between the highest and lowest settings...with this model can you feel a difference in resistance when you reach the high levels?

this bike has resistance levels 1-15. on 15 i can barely move the pedals when i stand on them. you will definetly feel it.
answered 1 year, 9 months ago

answer 4
The digital resistance is awesome but make sure you use the correct wattage for AC adapter. I used a 12 voltage of 6 watts and it did not work. I changed it to a 6v and 6w, it worked fine.

To us the resistance level is pretty high. We are in our 40's and we are getting a good workout from this bike.
answered 1 year, 11 months ago

vincent90210
answer 6
I tried all kinds of (both recumbent and upright bikes of all brands) exercise bikes, this one you don't even have to bother setting up for the hardest. Because, the lowest resistance is hard (and smooth at the same time). Believe me. You won't be disappointed. I take a break now and then when pedaling the lowest setting.
