Question

Brave 3D DVD picture is not 16x9. Non3D disk is OK. Is this normal ??

My Sony 3D BluRay player model S580 and Sony 55" TV will not play the 3D disk in 16X9 format. It plays in 3D but with black bars at top and bottom. Sony Support says its the disk, Disney says disk is okay, its my Bluray player.

I have the exact same bluray player and it works great, try undating your bluray player software and it sould work fine. You can do that easily if you have and wireless network, for your computer. Otherwise you can use a network cable. Read your bluray player instruction for exact details.
