don't understand your question,-- if you have an old phone and want to transfer everything to this new phone, yes you can---if you have an old phone and just want to buy this new phone and activate it thus having two tracfones, yes you can---if you just have an old phone that is de-activated and want to re-activate it, yes you can, but you have to get a new sim card from Tracfone, once a tracfone is de-activated that sim card is not usable again, must receive a new one(they have told me there is no charge, they mail it to you)

Maybe.
Some phones are easily reactivated and others are not.
Example, I recently tried to re-activate a 500G and it required a new SIM so Tracfone had to send it.
And if the phone is older that's a factor.
You should call Tracfone Customer Service and see what they say or just buy an airtime card and try re-activation using their website. If it doesn't work you'll still own the airtime card.
