K60 & K65 are the same machine. The K60 is a special promotional model around $30.00 cheaper than the K65. The K65 comes bundled with more K cups of coffee and the refillable mini filter.

I believe the features are the same
"60" stands for ounces. The same goes for "65" - ounces of water it will hold.
I think the K65 comes with a water filter and this one does not
I saw that too. I chose this one because it was a big larger and holds more water in the reservoir. Just felt like it would be more sturdy because it's a bit larger. I needed a large, lit up display too. This one had one. We have this one at work and I really like it.
Nothing that I can see, I checked Keurig web site and they seam to be the same I think the K-60 is a earlier model. I know I was kinda shocked as I purchased the Keurig K-45 Elite Edition from Walmart and I was shocked as on the Keurig's Web site it explains that is has 3 cup sizes and mine don't which it is going back I know it must be a earlier model Cu's there the same number and everything but mine has only 2 buttons for cup sizes when its suppose to have 3. Was pretty unhappy to find that out I was checking because my machine is only 2 weeks old and I could never get it to make a large cup of coffee I push large and it comes out small so I have to do it twice which is a pain, But back to your question there is no difference that I could read from the K-60 to the K-65 there do all the same things not like the one I have, hope this helps you, There really a awesome coffee maker, I am one that has to have fresh coffee or it bothers my stomach, and its the best coffee Just love it
