If they said egg crate they had a diffferent mattress topper. This is NOTHING like egg crate at all. I cant stand egg crate its too thin and useless. No this is 2" regular foam on one side and 2" memory foam on the other side. You can pick which side feels best to you that u want to sleep on. I love the memory foam side its wonderful. Its nothing at all like sleeping on an egg crate type foam

Question

Does this topper have a zippered cover?

The directions inside the box said a zippered topper cover was included, but when I opened the sealed topper cover, it was a simple mattress pad with elastic sides, not a zippered cover. Should I take it back or is this the way it's supposed to be?

It just fits over the memory foam and under your old mattress to make it look like One bed--- It's a Fitted, Nice, White sheet. IT works! (not zippered though).

The cover that was included with the topper is the correct one. You received the new updated version with the skirted cover. The zipper was removed on the older style.

Theirs one small paper that comes with it. It gives the very few needed simple instructions. It says the mattress has been compressed for easy portability and may require up to 48 hours to regain its full shape before use. I didnt wait that long though. I waited maybe 2 hours with it laying flat on my bed. It's wonderful!

You should have received a small page with English instructions on one side and Spanish on the other. The warranty is 5 years and you can go on to www.sinomax-usa.com to register your product as I just did the same for mine.

LL, There was one piece of paper which said it normally takes 48-72 hours for it to become fully expanded. Mine ... twin size ... took 5 days. There were some pictures on the paper actually corresponding to the written instructions. It was very brief. I also did not see a warranty anywhere in the box. I still have the box ... I will look to see if the warranty info is on the outside of the box.

Mine came with two pages of instructions and it was very important to read (things like let it open up on its own, don't use heat, flame, cold air, none of these )....also it said something like it should take 48hrs to fully open up, we waited 12 lol.

I've never returned these memory foam toppers-- they do last. If it works for the Walmart Warranty Period then you have a good one... don't worry. Put it on your bed without covers first thing in the morning and it will be good enough by nite time to cover etc... Very little odor. Over the next few days it will expand another 5% maybe. Happy sleep!

4" is much thicker and u cant even feel your mattress below it once you lay on it. The 2" is just too thin to help a lot once your body weight is on it.

answer 2
The 2" is WAY too thin to be of much help if your needing to revive the feel of a older bed mattress. 2" isnt much thickness at all really once u get your body weight on it. I"d definitely spend a little more and get the 4". I just bought the 4" for my bed and I love it! I cant even feel my mattress under it and my body feels so much better in the mornings. This really is a fantastic topper. It's a true 4" thick and I love the memory foam side. Its so soft yet gives support in all the places its needed for true comfort. My mattress was wore out and hurting my hips and lower back. This topper fixed me right up after one nights sleep on it.

Get the 4 inch. I've goofed over the years getting a 1 inch and then a 2 inch.... the best is 3 inch with at least 2 inches of memory foam (this has 2 inches of memory foam + 2 inches of regular--- as good as you can get--- put it over ANY old mattress and you'll really like it.)

answer 4
Tried the 2" but it wasn't worth spending the money. The four inch is the only way to go.

answer 5
With the 4" a customer has the choice of two different comfort levels, Memory foam's inherent pressure point relief characteristic helps release tense areas as it allows for more balanced sleep positions. Base foam firmly holds for a more linear sleep environment.

answer 2
Yes. One side is memory foam and SOFTER to sleep on. The other is regular foam which is HARDER to sleep on (I tried it both ways since I wanted SOFTER--- Memory foam side up! Put your hand on it and it should keep the impression for a while--- the other side bounces back immediately.

The covering that you put on it is two sided so you have to take the topper out of the cover and turn it over. It's really easy.

You would be able to sleep on either side and would be able to flip to change:
-Choose body contouring memory foam
-Choose firmer base foam

I bought the 4" for my queen bed. Im 5'7 and weigh 126 It's wonderful! It's just thick enough that I cant even feel my mattress under it at all, Gives the feel like Im sleeping 100% on a memory foam bed. I know the 2" is useless because its way too thin. The 3" would be slightly better than that. But like I said the 4" is perfect and I cant even feel my mattress through it at all. Personally I wouldnt buy less than a 4"

If you and your wife tend to sleep hot, then we would suggest 3” Cool Breeze Ventilated Topper for the support but ensuring extra air flow. If you do not tend to sleep hot then we would suggest the 4” for the enhanced support.

Question

memory foam true support 4" topper

I recently purchased a memory foam true support 4" topper for a full sized bed. The dimensions say it is suppose to be 52" x 73". Although after letting it sit for three days it is only 52" x 64". Do I need to let it sit more before I use it? If not what is your Customer Service number so I can speak with someone about this.

Hi Charlie, I am using this topper on top of a mattress on a hospital bed. As the original mattress is covered with plastic ... it was cold and not very comfortable to sleep on. I did get a mattress cover and put it on the original mattress ... then put the foam topper on top of that. Nothing slides around and I raise the head of my bed every night so I can sleep. I covered the topper with the cover supplied and just tucked it in. So far I am not having any problems! Just so you know, I do not leave the head of the bed raised during the day while I am up ... I lay it down flat.
