Moonrays Moonrays 91381 Payton-Style Solar Powered LED Path Lights, Set of 8, Black Finish

The Moonrays 91381 Payton-Style Solar Powered LED Path Light adds a decorative touch to your pathway, patio or garden, all while taking advantage of solar energy. Made of durable plastic, these black lights have a "hammered glass look" plastic lens that provide a 360-degree display of warm LED lighting. This light comes in an 8-pack and each LED is 2x brighter than traditional 1.2-lumen solar lights. The LED bulb will never need to be replaced and will remain cool to the touch at all times. Moonrays solar lights gather energy from the sun during the day, then automatically come on at dusk to provide a pattern of light exactly where you want it. Moonrays path lights are brighter because they put out more LUX than regular solar lights, which is the measurable amount of light that falls on the ground (area of illumination). Let Moonrays help make your outdoor settings as livable, enjoyable and charming as any room in your home.

The length of time the lights will shine at night depends on a couple of factors. First - be sure the tops get as much sun during the day as possible. The initial charge can also determine the length of light time at night. Sometimes during the winter months the light may shine as short as 2 hours - or as many as 8 hours. Periodically clean off the solar panels. Sidewalk salt, dirt and other debris can create a film on the panel affecting the amount of light that gets through ultimately charging the batteries.
