Hello Yvonne! The EasyWring Spin Mop only comes with one mop head. However, it is machine washable up to 10 times, and we also make refill heads that are available separately! I hope this helps!

Even with the cost of an extra mop head this is still cheaper than what I just paid for mine on a home shopping show. I have a feeling the O'Cedar will be of better construction than what I read AFTER I placed my order. Shame on me. I don't usually make impulse buys but I was so impressed with the concept I did not check to see if it were available locally with a different company. Well, it arrived today so I will see.

It needs to be lifted up to the sink, but you can use it without filling it completely - which would make it much lighter. You'd need to change the water more often, but it's a practical way to get the job done.

I find you only need to fill the bucket 2-3 inches making it not very heavy to fill or empty. Also as a bonus, after dipping and spinning the mop it comes out looking clean as brand new each time, no matter how dirty it got on the floor. Wow, this is great. I love this system.

The telescoping sections can lock. Try twisting them in a little harder. Also hold the mop pole very loosely in your closed but loose grip when using the buckets spin cycle. You'll also note that there is an upright
(perpendicular) pole lock, that should be in place when spinning out some or all of the mop water. To get the pole handle back into the angled mopping position, put the mop on the floor and use your foot to steady it while you change the angle of the pole to the mop.

Easy to fill bucket - even easier to empty. I normally do not do large area so I never change water. I don't do ALL in same day. If I were to do an area larger than 3 car garage I image I would change the water. Look at water - darker is talking to you.

hi! I am the same way, but since the mop goes into the spinner, it doesnt touch the dirty water once you get it into the spinner side. So I changed less often!
About the filling part, the bucket is a tad bulky, so if you didnt have a bigger kitchen sink, it wouldnt fit. I normally fill mine in the bathtub!

Make sure the pivot portion is straight up so the shaft is straight. Then hold the handle loosely and pump the peddle. I do it about 5 times and it is pretty dry. The pivoting portion takes some getting used to even while mopping but I think this is going to make my work so much easier.

The mop handle needs to be perpendicular to the mop head when it's in the spinner. Just hold the handle loosely while pushing on the pedal. The faster it spins, the drier the mop. You need to press the pedal four or more times to get the mop head super dry.

Just make sure it's straight up & down, & while the mop is spinning, loosely hold your hand around the handle for added stability. Once you do it 3 or 4 times you'll find it's easy to work with.
