No, this probably will not work as this is a CDMA kit and your phone is GSM. You can probably use a Straight Talk SIM card so the phone will still operate using the AT&T network only using Straight Talk as the provider.

Best to go to the BYOP website and navigate through the process to see for sure if your phone is compatible. BYOP will then give you instructions on what SIM card to purchase and how to activate service.

CDMA stands for Code Division Multiple Access and is a competing cell phone technology to GSM. In the United States, Verizon and Sprint use CDMA where AT&T and T-Mobile use GSM.

It's almost impossible for us to give you a definite yes or no here as to whether your phone is compatible with Straight Talk CDMA service. More details are needed about the phone and the network it has used.

The best way to go about confirming if your phone will work is to go to the Straight Talk BYOP website and follow through by putting your phone's information and navigating through the process. If your phone turns out to be compatible, it will then give you step-by-step instructions on how to active and start service.

If you have problems navigating the BYOP webpage, you can always call Straight Talk and ask them directly. Call 877-430-2355

Yes it will work with iPhone 4s. You get the SIM card in the kit and you don't need the CDMA activation code. That (activation code) is needed for phones such as Sprint that does not use SIM cards.
